These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Staxis hotel operations platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Staxis provides operations tools for limited-service hotels, including housekeeping assignment management, labor cost tracking, inventory, maintenance, and reports built from the PMS report emails a hotel forwards to Staxis. Hotel employees reach their own Staxis phone page through a personal link, can add an optional phone PIN to it, and can turn on push notifications on that phone.
The Service is intended for use by hotel owners, managers, and their employees. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your hotel property to create an account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or (c) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Hotel managers choose which employees receive a personal link to a Staxis phone page and can turn that link off at any time. Push notifications go only to a phone where the person turned them on. Staxis no longer sends SMS text messages to hotel employees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes.
